Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth and successful Theory Exam experience.
JOIN THE CLASS AT THE ALLOCATED TIMING
🖥️ *Devices Allowed*
You may take the exam using a laptop or a smartphone.
Ensure your device is fully charged and connected to a stable internet connection.
Close all other applications before starting the exam.
🚫 *Anti-Malpractice Rules*
Once you start the exam, do not minimize your screen or switch to another app.
If you minimize, close, or navigate away, the exam will automatically submit, and you will not be able to continue.
This rule helps to maintain fairness and exam integrity.
Your Live Class Camera Must be On- *we advice you use two phone. One for doing the exam, another for joining the live meeting*. You can borrow any phone and login to your portal. If you cant get two phones, then dont worry. Use the phone you have for the exam.
📸 *Submitting Written Answers*
If you are required to write an answer on manuscript paper:
Use the “Upload” button in the exam interface.
Select your camera to take a clear photo of your answer.
Ensure the photo is not blurry, cropped, or dimly lit.
You may take multiple photos if necessary for one question.
✏️ *Materials You Must Have*
Music manuscript paper (pre-ruled with staves) – no plain or lined paper allowed.
Pencil and eraser for notation and corrections.
Ruler is optional but can help with neatness.
❌ *Prohibited Items/Actions*
Do not use plain or lined paper to draw music staves.
No talking, background noise, or assistance from others during the exam.
Do not use any external device (like a second phone or tablet) for help.

✅ *Before the Exam*
Make sure you have enough DATA subscription.
Test your camera and internet ahead of time.
Familiarize yourself with the exam platform interface.
Keep your workspace quiet, clean, and free of distractions.
🧘 *During the Exam*
Read all instructions carefully before each question.
Manage your time wisely—each section is timed.
Stay calm and do your best.
🎓 *After the Exam*
Double-check that all answers (including uploaded photos) have been submitted.
Do not close your browser or app until you see the submission confirmation message.
