*How can I have a hitch free registration and application process?*
1. Can an adult enroll for the course?
Answer: NO! This 9 months music theory and musicianship course is STRICTLY for Watchman Youth Choristers.
2. Does my payment of ₦1,000 mean that I have completed my application process already?
Answer: NO!
📌 Every student gets admitted immediately they pay the ₦1,000 registration fee. This ONLY grants you access to the portal, but doesn't enrol you.
3. How much is the enrolment fee?
Answer: The enrolment fee for this course is ₦3,000/month.
4. What does the payment of ₦3,000 offer me?
Answer: The payment of ₦3,000 automatically assigns a student's ID to you and unlocks the classroom, giving you unrestricted access as a bona fide student of Watchman Music Centre - EMBELLISHERS' INSTITUTE .
5. Is the ₦3,000 a one-off payment covering the entire duration of the course from February till November 2025?
Answer: NO WAY!
The payment of ₦3,000 is not a one-off payment. It is a monthly payment every student is required to make for the 9 months duration of the course.

Follow these steps:
i. Click the link below to register:
https://schools.watchmanmusic.com/admission
ii. Select ' *START NEW APPLICATION* ' for first timers, or ' *CONTINUE EXISTING APPLICATION* ' for returning applicants.
iii. Click 'APPLY NOW', fill in your data under the sections:
'Start Application', register as an *APPLICANT* if you are the one registering or if you are a parent or guardian registering your child or ward, register as a *PARENT* or *GUARDIAN* to the applicant, and fill the bio data form.
iv. Make Payment by choosing your preferred option: *Transfer* (Account Number is displayed on the payment page), *Bank Card* or *USSD* .
Proceed by paying *₦1,016* .
v. Immediately after your payment of ₦1,016, You have to return back and complete the Main application form which is in 4 sections. Click *Submit* once U are done and an Email confirming Ur form submission will be automatically sent to Ur email.
After a 24hrs period, We will send your _Student login details_ via *email* , containing your provided *email address and an auto-generated password* .
vi. Ensure you login with the provided login details and check the *TOP-LEFT* of your screen where your name is displayed, check to confirm that it is showing *STUDENT* .
vii. Scroll down and click on courses
Under ‘Select Options’, Choose your program (either *Music Theory* or *Orchestra* )
- If your choice is ‘ *MUSIC THEORY* ’, select MUSIC THEORY, allow it to load for a few seconds and then select *ENROLL FOR THIS COURSE* , and click the next button that pops up showing ‘ *COMPLETE REGISTRATION* ’.
- If your choice is ‘ *ORCHESTRA* ’, select ‘ORCHESTRA’, scroll down and select the actual instrument you want to register for, select *ENROLL FOR THIS COURSE* , and click the next button that pops up showing ‘ *COMPLETE REGISTRATION* ’. The registration fee pops up next.
viii. Click ‘ *PROCEED TO PAYMENT* ’, choose payment method to proceed, next you’d see a list of Account Numbers you are expected to transfer to, in order to fund your digital wallet with the Sum of #3,000.
ix. Select any of the account numbers, proceed with the bank transfer of #3,000, ensure you don’t close the payment window on our portal, confirm that your transfer is successful. Once it is done, click ‘ *I HAVE DONE THE TRANSFER* ’, allow it to load, then click ‘ *PROCEED* ’ and complete the payment process by ensuring that you see your receipt on your screen.
✅ *Once done, you’re good to go.*
